Chinese Recipes: Fish Meat With Cucumber And Tomato

 
Fish Meat with Cucumber and Tomato -- serves 4
 
Ingredients:
  • (1)
    1/8 t. salt
    1/2 t. ginger wine
    1 t. cornstarch
  • (2)
    3 sections of green onion
    3 slice ginger root
  • (3)
    1/2 t. salt
    1 T. sugar
    2 T. vinegar
    1/2 T. sesame oil
    1 t. cornstarch
    1/2 cup. water
    150 g. sliced tomato
    80 g. sliced cucumber
    2 T. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut fish meat into thick pieces, mix with (1) for 10 minutes and let the sauces and juices sink into the fish pieces.
  2. Heat oil, stir-fry fish meat, take out when the color changes.
  3. Put (2) into the remaining oil and stir fry, when fragrant, add tomato and cucumber, sugar, salt, vinegar, after a quick stir-fry, add the cooked fish meat.
  4. Mix well, drench with cornstarch (mixed with water) and sesame oil, serve.
    DELICIOUS!!!!
