Chinese Recipes: Colorful Cold Noodles

 
Colorful Cold Noodles--serves 4
 
Ingredients:
  • (1)
    *1/3 lb. cucumber (150g)
    *1/3 lb. carrots (150g)
    *1/3 lb. barbecued meat (150g)
  • (2)
    *4 t. sesame paste
    * 2 t. sugar 4 t. soy Sauce
    * 3 t. lemon juice
    * 1 t. garlic paste
    * 1/2 t. sesame oil
    * 2 t. ginger juice
    * 6 t. cold boiled water
  • (3) 1-1/4 lb. noodles (150g)
    (4) 2 eggs
    (5) 2 T vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Boil noodles in boiling water for about 5-7minutes, remove it and rinse in cold water for about 2 minutes, then move the noodles to a plate mixed with 2 T vegetable oil.
  2. Cook the 2 eggs into thick omelet.
  3. Mix ingredients (2).
  4. Slice ingredients(1) and omelet into thin strips and arrange them on the noodles, pour mixed ingredients (2) and mix. Serve now.
