Lettuce in Oyster Sauce -- serves 4 |

Ingredients:
- (1)
1-1/2 T. oyster sauce 2 t. soy
sauce 1 t. cooking wine 1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. sesame oil 1-1/2 t. cornstarch
5 T. water
- (2) 1 lb. (400 g.) lettuce
- (3) 1 t. garlic (minced)
- (4) 2 T. vegetable oil

This
is actually a dish that is easy to get wrong! Make sure
that you begin with semi-crisp leaves of lettuce and
serve it immediately after cooking so that the leaves
don't get too soggy. Serve with fried rice and
enjoy!
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut pork ribs into 2'' long pieces. Marinate in
(1) for about one hour.
- Preheat oven. Bake pork ribs in 450F degrees
for 30 minutes. (turn and brush with marinate
every 10 minutes.)Serve,
